New Products!

Things are hopping in the Stamp Department at Toyrifix! You should see your October copy of the Stamp News in your mailbox very soon, with a lot of new products for you to check out and news of upcoming events.

One of the biggest bits of news is the upcoming New Product Showcase! The last newsletter mentioned this event that was to be held on October 9th. Due to some conflicts, that date has been changed to October 16th, so please take note of that. Moving the date just slightly gave me just a little more time to get some new things in line, and avoided a big time crunch with the Toy Sale going on on October 4th. You can read all about the upcoming Showcase in the newsletter! Email or give me a call if you have any questions! Space is limited for this event, and tickets are moving fast so be sure to call or stop in soon to purchase your ticket for this event!

A few new shipments have come in lately including more Fall and Christmas stamps from Indadinkado, as well as Christmas stamps from Hero Arts. We also have a new and exciting line of "paints" from Shimmerz! Shimmerz have been used occasionally with the Stamp of the Month program and also in a recent stamp class. They're just gorgeous and add a lot of pizzazz to your card or project, so we now carry 30 different colors! Shimmerz are applied using a dry paint brush, and at only $3.99 each, they're very reasonable as one jar will last you quite awhile. To see some gorgeous samples using Shimmerz, stop by their blog and see what the Shimmerz design team has created! My friend Kisa is one of their team members, and she really knocks out some gorgeous work by painting the Shimmerz onto flowers! (click on the word "blog" above to be taken to the Shimmerz blog).

And just a note, I will not be back in the store until September 29th as I'll be attending a trade show at the Gary Burlin Company in Cleveland for the next 4 days. I'm going to be taking some awesome classes including learning more about the whole line of inks from Tsukineko, a class on Copic Marker Mania (I can't wait for that one!), and more about Nestabilities from Spellbinders! If you have any questions or needs, the staff at Toyrifix should be able to assist you very well (or they can reach me!) I'll be back on Monday! Have a great weekend!
