*NEW* from Flourishes

Flourishes has come out with another new release of stamps, and we have the new Mix-n-Mugs stamp set in stock at Toyrifix for $16.99! I couldn't resist getting it inky and made this card below, combining it with "Circa" papers from Cosmo Cricket, and some Creative Impressions twill ribbon printed with cooking utensils! The twill ribbon, Nestabilities, Die-Namics, papers, Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder and stamp set are all available at Toyrifix!
Happy stamping!

A few things...

Hello stampers! I'm working on ideas for the new year, because it'll be here quicker than we know! I appreciated the feedback I received over the weekend regarding the Divine Twine, and I think there's a good chance we'll be carrying that here in the store. Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond.

If you're still in the mood to provide feedback, then here are a few questions for you! I'd LOVE to hear some responses!

1. If I were to go back to doing in-store demonstrations, what day and/or time of day works best? Keep in mind we're only open until 6:00 Monday through Thursday. However, even an after-hours event every now and then is a possibility, but I have to know that the interest is there. What would you like to see demo'd?

2. For classes, I have normally held them on Tuesdays, one week from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and the next week from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. with the occasional Saturday thrown in. Sometimes the classes fill up quickly, sometimes I have to cancel them for lack of response. What works for you? If you don't come to classes, would you tell me why? Feel free to send an email if you don't want your answer to be seen publicly!

3. What can we change, what can we do differently? Are there things we don't stock that you'd like to see here? Stamping stores are becoming more scarce everyday and I don't want Toyrifix to become one of those statistics! I want this to be YOUR store! So please let me know what we can do for YOU!

4. Finally, please take note my email address was changed! It is tammy[dot]toyrifix[at]gmail[dot]com. (Substitute the necessary character for the words in the brackets.) My new email is in the right-hand sidebar just under our store address and hours for quick reference. Please be sure to change it in your address book, as the old address isn't checked very often, and I don't want to miss important messages from YOU! I made this change so that I can access my emails even from home, and can better serve customers 24/7.

Thank you for your continued support!

Not my mistake....

Please be advised, the email you received on Saturday regarding a stamp class from October was not sent by me! When you receive emails from "The Stampers' Toy Store" (just like this email that you're reading right now!) what you are receiving is a feed from the blog, and for some reason FeedBurner sent out the email that you received on Saturday about the JustRite stamp class. I did not send an email, nor do I have control over it so please don't email me to point out the mistake! LOL It wasn't me!

Here is something I posted to the blog back in July that explains how the feed works...

Also, I just want to take a moment to explain something that seems to be confusing a lot of people. For those of you that receive an email feed from my blog postings, be advised what you're receiving is exactly what I just described.... it is a feed from the blog. I do not physically/personally send those emails to all of you. When you receive an email from "The Stampers' Toy Store" it is because you entered your email address in the FeedBurner box in the sidebar of the blog and you opted to receive the email feed from these blogs posts. If you have recently changed your email address, you need to go through FeedBurner to make that change. It is not something that I have any control over.

It's been a popular misconception that I have a big list of everyone's email addresses and that I am the one sending the messages you receive. What you get is merely an update from the blog that I maintain for the store.

Thank you!

December Stamp of the Month

(click on the photo for a close-up view)

The December Stamp of the Month board is up, and I hope you'll LOVE it as much as I do! I was not impressed with the offering from Great Impressions this month, so I went with Impression Obsession again and a snow-theme! The Stamp of the Month is the Snowflake Cover-a-Card background, selling for only $6.99!
